Ever wondered, why
you are, the way you are? Why you think, the way you do? What is
holding you back?
Basically we all
have the same abilities to succeed in life, but why does it seem easier
for some, than others?
Ah, if only
everyone could grasp the simple truths, to why we are, the way we are,
and how then to change the things we don't like about ourselves.
How you became the person you
are
today.
Way back before you
were born, a tiny chip was implanted... Just kidding.
Actually, when you
were an infant, and up until around the age of 1, your dominant
brainwave activity was in the delta range. The delta brainwave promotes
neural development and molding of the brain formation.
Delta brainwaves,
are generated in the right hemisphere of the brain, but they may be
observed in widespread patterns throughout the brain. The delta
brainwave range is associated with empathy, the unconscious mind, and a
decreased sense of awareness or deep sleep state, no dreaming in this
range.
As you grew into a toddler and
small
child....
Your brain
progressed into the theta frequencies of brainwaves. During this time,
you were highly programmable by your surroundings. You learned to
speak, to walk, and developed responses to touch, pain, pleasure. etc.
Its also very
common for children to learn multiple languages when they are young,
and they do this quite easily. If you've ever tried to learn a new
language as an adult, you know how much harder it can be. But in
children it's quickly possible because of the theta brainwaves that are
dominant during this time.
As a child you
learn at a super accelerated rate, and it was much easier to learn
while your brain was in this theta state. As you get older your brain
starts to function in the alpha frequencies, and then by the time your
are a teenager you are functioning in the beta state.
At this point, your
core beliefs have been imprinted into your subconscious mind.
Everything from prejudices, to how you view yourself. Everything, that
has ever happened to you, has had something to do with shaping these
deep belief systems. Some positive and some negative. It depends on the
type of input you were subjected too, and also, how you were treated,
as well as how you were spoken to.
The way you view
money, health, love, and everything else, is what shapes your life.
Beliefs and thought patterns were imprinted into your subconscious mind
during those early years, when you were the most easily programed.
Our brain was
literally, a supercomputer, and was programmed by our parents and
surroundings.
This super computer didn't come
with
an owners manual
So, if you were
told as a young child, that you were an air head, or, that you wouldn't
amount to a hill of beans. Then, you unfortunately, probably have some
limiting beliefs around your abilities. You may have low self
confidence, or a low self esteem, or other limiting thought patterns.
Now, if you were
positively reinforced, you may, or may not, have other limiting
beliefs, but chances are, you are in a little better position, than
someone who was constantly fed negativity.
Your surroundings
don't always dictate your future. There are plenty of people that have
risen out of poverty to lead rich fulfilling lives. The difference
being, the self talk and the positive reinforcements that they received
from themselves or from others.
Again, it all comes
down to what went into your mind and what you came to accept, as truth.
I can say to you that, "you are no good and rotten to the core", but,
if you don't believe it, it won't affect you. But, if you do start to
believe it, then I just caused you to assimilate a lie into your
subconscious mind, as a truth.
And from that point
on, it might as well be true, as far as you are concerned. You believe
it.
But Thank God, a lie can be
reversed....
Then, as adults we
start trying to make changes that we have decided need to be made. Some
people can do it fairly easy, but most cannot. The reason is, that some
people still operate in the alpha and theta states of mind.
So, they are able to go back in
and
reprogram their beliefs, to make them supportive, instead of
destructive.
It may take some
work, but you can change what you don't like about yourself. Once you
realize the process, you just go back and replace the old limiting
negative beliefs with new empowering positive ones.
There are other
things that may affect people, such as ADD/ADHD etc. But most of those
issues, are also a result of either too much, or too little, of certain
brainwaves.
We have some free
iDrugs that will help in those area's, if you would like to try them.
They have shown great results in many people.
So, there you have
it, how you became who you are today. Whether you learned to be
positive, negative, optimistic, pessimistic etc. It all came down to
what constantly went in your brain, and what you came to accept as
truth.
If you don't know
that you can't, then you can, and if you don't know that you can, then
you can't. Either one will be 100% true for anyone. It just depends on
what you've come to believe in your subconscious mind.
In the end, your
subconscious mind is the gatekeeper to your life. It decides what you
can or can't accomplish in life.
Like we always say.....Change
Your
Brain, Change Your Life...
